For a full product refund, your item must be returned UNOPENED and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees associated with your initial purchase are non-refundable.
Items that are returned after the 30-day window may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items that are returned opened, used, damaged, defective, or in a materially different condition, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Restocking fees are deducted from your refund.
We do not accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or resellers. You will need to contact the retailer or reseller you purchased the product from.

In your email, please include your name, shipping address, phone number, date of purchase, order number, and the reason for the return. Note: We may contact you and request photos of the product.
You will be responsible for obtaining a return shipping method and paying return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment used during the initial purchase. It may take 5-10 business days for your refund to show up on your credit card statement or in your bank account. If you have not received a refund after 5-10 days, contact your bank or credit card company directly.
We will accept item exchanges for products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. You will be responsible for obtaining a return shipping method and paying return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
