SHIPPING AND RETURNS

OUR shipping policy

We want you to get your products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly. We offer FREE standard shipping on all qualifying orders over $99 within the continental U.S. Free shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT typically process and ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will process and ship the next business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Shipping options

We primarily ship via UPS within the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We ship standard service on all shipments within the U.S. unless an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1 business day for processing and an additional 1-6 business days for your order to arrive based on your location. A shipment tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been processed. 

  1. We can also ship USPS or FEDEX if you call our office directly to place your order.
  2. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. 
  4. Alaska & Hawaii residents: If you would like to ship via USPS, please contact us directly before placing your order.

international shipping

International orders cannot be placed on our website at this time. Please call 1-800-292-9835 or email our office at [email protected].

We can ship internationally to some select countries. Here are some things to keep in mind: 

  1. Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. 
  2. Should you wish to place an order on KeelGuard.com and use a freight forwarder to ship to an international address, Megaware KeelGuard is unable to assist in this process and we are not liable for any damages incurred during shipping to the final destination. 

Shipping Holidays

UPS will be closed and not able to ship or deliver on the following holidays: 

  • New Year’s Day 
  • Memorial Day 
  • Independence Day 
  • Labor Day 
  • Thanksgiving Day 
  • Christmas Day 

OUR RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. For products purchased from a third party vendor, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  1. All returns must be related to a KeelGuard.com order. We do not offer returns on products purchased outside of KeelGuard.com. For products purchased from a third party vendor, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information. 
  2. All merchandise must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. 

  3. All returns must be submitted through our Return Request form within 30 days of original purchase. Once, approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. 
  4. All returns must include a packing slip.
  5. All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping. 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. It may take 5-10 business days for your refund to show up on your credit card statement or in your bank account. If you have not received a refund after 5-10 days, contact your bank or credit card company directly. 

If you return your product by methods other than the free UPS shipping option, you will still need to obtain authorization prior to shipping the product back to us.

Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on KeelGuard.com for the correct item. 

Items returned not in original condition will be subject to a restocking fee.

SHIPPING your return

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • To maintain accurate shipping weights and dimensions, please return using the original shipping box. 

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your original order number. 

  • Securely attach the provided return label and remove any reference to old tracking numbers. 

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include the original order information inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
